Photography thoughts

I'm hoping to take some shots this weekend. Tonight, I'll see if I can get any at a tree lighting ceremony. It would be an opportunity to practice photography at night. A good shot of the moon and stars I hope to capture some evening.
Tomorrow, if there is time I'd like to go a park. Have all the birds flown away for the winter and are there still some hanging around? I'd like to find out.
