Thanksgiving

I've been very busy with the photos from our vacation. Also, I've been busy with my zoo photos. It took a long time to edit them. Many of them I felt turned out well, so it will take a while for me to get the posted for sale. The holiday season is here and I will need to make stuff for the holidays too.

New Camera Lenses

Well, I got some new lenses. One is a wide angle lens and the other is a fisheye lens. I haven't had the time to go and try them out, other than at home. Hopefully, they will bring out some interesting looking shots. I would like to use them in some city shots and some park or nature photos.

Thoughts

Cherish the times and the moments that you experience. Take time to have fun and relax. Listen to some music. That's what I am doing right now listening to music. Don't bother with all the drama. Is it really worth your time? Things can change in life before you know it, so don't forget to enjoy it. We did something we haven't done is a while. We went swimming. We went with some friends too. I enjoyed it. Also, swimming is good exercise. I felt really good afterwards.

The Heat Waves Wave Goodbye - I Hope....

Wow what a rough summer. Here in Philly we've had 6 heat waves this summer! Ouch! I'm so tired of feeling overheated! I truly hope this is the end of all these heat waves. Come on. Bring on fall. I'm looking forward to cooler temperatures. The fall weather will bring about many different colors on the leaves of the trees. With the change in temps, this should give me more opportunities to take some photos and enjoy some time outdoors.

Friday

Well, It's Friday. There's not much going on here. Philly just keeps getting heatwave after heatwave. I like the weather when it's cooler. So I haven't taken many pictures over the summer. It would have been fun to get some of the shooting stars. The thing is getting sleep is important and it can be difficult to find a good place to take the shots. Perhaps another time. The other day a customer from my regular job told his secret about getting certain shots. I'll have to try them sometime....
